The church organization was designed as a top down command and control system. Even the “justice system” is weighted so that the unsupported word of the lowliest Sea Org person bears more weight than that of a trained OT public person.

The Church of Scientology is being carried along on the shoulders of a very few hard working staff members who still deliver service with ARC according to the ideals we all once shared.
If we do not reach out to them and let them know that they are highly valuable players who deserve an opportunity to achieve their goals in a non-invalidative environment, we will watch them succumb to the oppressive mindset that characterizes current Scientology management.
